🏠 Property Marketplace

🏡 **A JOURNEY BUILT WITH PURPOSE**

I created **URPropertyMarketplace.com** from my own ideas, experience, and skills. I want to be honest with everyone — **building an app like this is not easy.** It takes countless hours, patience, learning, problem-solving, and determination.

But I never stopped, because I have a purpose: **to create a safer, more trusted, and more convenient platform that can help buyers find properties and connect with sellers with greater confidence.**

One of the biggest challenges came during the testing process required by Google. I needed people to help test the app, so naturally, I reached out to close friends, relatives, and people I know — especially those within the same industry.

I expected that asking for their support would be easy. But I learned that sometimes, **the support we hope for does not always come from the people we expect.**

At first, it was disappointing. But I chose to look at it differently.

**Challenges are part of the journey.** Sometimes, they are there to test our patience, strengthen our determination, and remind us why we started in the first place.

So I continue.

No matter how difficult the process becomes, **I will keep learning, improving, and moving forward.**

Because at the end of the day, what matters most is not how many obstacles I faced — **but the purpose behind what I am building.**

🌿 A Little About Me Beyond Property

Hi everyone! 👋

As the developer of Property Marketplace, I spend a lot of time working in Manila, building a platform designed to make property searching easier, safer, and more reliable.

But when I get tired from the busy life in Manila, I love to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the simple things in life. 🌴🌊

I often visit Bulan, Sorsogon, Bicol, where I came from, and spend time with friends and relatives. These moments give me the opportunity to relax, breathe fresh air, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and appreciate the place I call home. ❤️

📸 So from time to time, I'll also share some of my nature trips, beautiful places, and simple moments in Bicol here on my profile.

🏡 Property by profession, nature lover at heart. 🌿

Sometimes, we all need to step away from the busy city, go back to our roots, and simply enjoy the beauty around us.
